Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Entivo Solutions' AI receptionist service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Entivo Solutions provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that answers calls, captures leads, and provides call transcripts and analytics. The Service includes a dedicated phone number, web dashboard, and integrations with third-party AI providers.

Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers:

  • Starter: $149/month, 100 minutes included
  • Growth: $295/month, 300 minutes included
  • Scale: $595/month, 800 minutes included

Annual plans receive a 17% discount (equivalent to 2 months free). Overage minutes are charged at $0.15/min (Starter), $0.12/min (Growth), or $0.09/min (Scale).

Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe
  • Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused minutes. Your AI receptionist will be deactivated upon cancellation.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

  • Illegal activities or content
  • Spam, phishing, or fraud
  • Harassment, abuse, or threats
  • Impersonation or deceptive practices
  • Violating third-party rights
  • Excessive API usage or abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Bland AI, Stripe, etc.), maintenance, or force majeure events.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You own your call data. We process it solely to provide the Service. Call recordings are stored for your plan's retention period and then automatically deleted.

Call Recording Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with local, state, and federal laws regarding call recording. Our AI agents include a standard disclosure ("This call may be recorded"), but you must ensure compliance with your jurisdiction's requirements.

Intellectual Property

Entivo Solutions retains all rights to the Service, including software, design, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. Your business data and call content remain your property.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTIVO SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entivo Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notification.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Jurisdiction].
