Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Call recordings and transcripts are retained based on your plan's retention period (default: 90 days). We use Supabase for database hosting and Bland AI for call processing.

Call Recording Consent

By using our service, you agree to record calls made to your AI receptionist. Our AI agents include a disclosure at the start of each call: "This call may be recorded for quality purposes." You are responsible for complying with local call recording laws in your jurisdiction.

Data Retention

Call recordings and transcripts are automatically deleted after your plan's retention period (90 days for Starter/Growth, customizable for Scale). Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation.
